The Different Types of Transportation in Chile

In the southern region of Chile, this may be the kind of boat that brings a shipment in from another location.  I hope that not all of the paddle boats look like this one. 

 

 

Railroad, highways, and airports are the means in which one gets to the north or south.  Although by boat is more commonly used when it comes to imports or exports in the southern part of Chile. There are about sixty-nine thousand unpaved roads that wind through Chile.  Only eleven thousand of the roads are paved.  A smoother choice of transportation may be a boat.
