“On The Job”

To be a broker of a successful real estate firm you have to assume a lot of responsibilities. The day at the office begins at 8:00 AM. You have to show up regardless of the fact that you might be tired, hungry, or who knows maybe a little hung over from the night before. The tasks of the day vary from day to day. Monday you might be just catching up on paper work. Tuesday you could have homes to go inspect that are up for grabs on the market. Wednesday you might do follow-ups with new homeowners, lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors. Thursday you could have some closings to attend. If you are lucky you might even have Friday off. Being a broker of a real estate firm can be a lot of fun. Not knowing what’s going to happen the next day can be kind of an adventure.
